Easter SONrise service. We wrote our sins on pieces of flashpaper and nailed them to the cross.
Then the Light of Christ was applied to the sins.
After the SONrise service we had a nice breakfast hosted by the youth (and their parents)
In the 10:30 service, Pastor Lee Webb handed out
plastic Easter eggs. The kids were told to wait until he told them that they could open them. When they were opened they found them to be empty. The kids had been expecting candy or some surprise inside. He explained that when the women and desciples went to Jesus' grave they expected to find his body. However what they found was an empty tomb.
