I finished the deck ... for now. I'll add railing sometime after the bank account refills. Grin.
Wednesdays are, of course, reserved for getting together with friends at Village Inn for coffee and free pie. We haven't missed more than a couple of those in the last three or four years. Which may account for how I keep my weight so steady.
I took this photo of the moon because it was supposed to me the 'largest moon' we would see for quite awhile. I can't say as how it appeared any larger to me. But then again, I'm not an astronomer.
This is the thunder storm that greeted me on my first day of workcamping at Cutty's this year. It was very intense for about a half an hour. The wind was blowing so hard that it blew rain in under the 'patio' door at the gatehouse. It got wet about a foot in from the door. The whole thing lasted slightly over an hour and dropped about two inches of rain.
